SPRINGBANK 21y 2022 Edition

A single malt from the well-known port town of Campbeltown
"Springbank."
The 21 year old is a limited product, released only once a year, and each bottling is made with a different percentage of aging barrels.
Here is the 2022 release,

Richer sherry cask original 55%
First-fill port casks original 45%

This bottle is composed of nearly half of the rare first-fill port cask aged for a long time, and the color of the bottle reflects this characteristic.

tasting comment
Nose: Warm aromas of dark berries, fruitcake, ginger, and honey, with the scent of old leather-covered Western books emerging from the back.
Mouth: Soft and elegant, with salted caramel, toffee pudding, cocoa, gingerbread, and red berry cheesecake flavors, along with tidal nuances that recall the ocean breezes blowing through Campbeltown.
Finish: cookie and brown sugar are added, followed by a long finish.
