TOKYO Whisky Library will hold a fair of "Royal Blackalla," the first Scotch whisky to receive a Royal Warrant from the British Royal Family, from March.

During the fair, it will be the core range of the Royal Black Labrador,
12 year old Oloroso sherry finish.
