The Signature Series, an Arran Malt selection that demonstrates the diversity of spirits and important values produced at the Rockranza distillery.
This limited edition is released in four parts.

The first "Remnant Renegade" was distilled between .1997 and 2017.
Low volume, not used for bottling
The distillery manager, who has been carefully selecting from the original sake that has been kept in storage, has been working on a new product.
Selected and blended by Stuart Bowman.
The label bears his seal of approval.
It is marked with a signature.

The wine is carefully vatted according to this style, selected from the original wine matured in the
Non-chill filtered, non-colored, and bottled at 461 TP3T alcohol by volume.

■Tasting Comments
Color: warm amber.

Nose: Toffee apple, vanilla and cinnamon. Very clean and pronounced orange blossom aromas followed by star anise.

Taste: Silky smooth, with a sweet honey flavor balanced by light licorice and refreshing mint.

Lingering: Orange peel and fresh flowers on the nose on the finish.
