New Whiskey Arrivals

The Willett family immigrated to America as pioneers in the 1600's. In 1900, they built a distillery in Bardstown. The company went through many changes and in 1936, Lambert Willett officially started the Willett Distillery in Bardstown. 8 warehouses and 48,623 barrels in stock, the company grew to the point where it gave up future distilling due to environmental measures in the early 1980s.
It was then bottled and sold as Kentucky Bourbon Distillers (which also released Noah's Mill and Rowan's Creek) with the remaining whiskey and supplies from other companies.
Distillation has now resumed with pot still for the first distillation and column still for the second distillation.
