New Whiskey Arrivals

The zodiac sign bottle series, in which the twelve signs of the Chinese zodiac are represented by ceramic ware, will be called "Kinoetsutsu" in 2024. Single malt Nagahama is bottled at cask strength in a Shigaraki-ware zodiac bottle, one of the six oldest kilns in Japan.

This single malt Nagahama was aged for about 3 years and 7 months in bourbon barrels, then refilled into the same barrels used for barrel aging of Nagahama Romantic Beer's DARK IPA, and further aged for about 2 years.
<Tasting Notes
The top note has a sweet, chocolatey aroma reminiscent of gâteau chocolat. The flavor is floral, reminiscent of violets. The palate is spicy, reminiscent of cinnamon. The palate has a deep berry fruitiness, reminiscent of red fruits. Herbal essences like rush and lemon grass can be enjoyed. Please enjoy the marriage of Nagahama Romantic Beer and Nagahama Distillery.
