It is vatted from 26 butt and hogshead size PX (Pedro Ximenez) sherry casks,
This is a limited edition product specially packed to commemorate the Islay Festival, a whisky festival held on the island of Islay during the last week of May each year.

The rich flavor of peat smoke and 100% PX sherry casks.

We have been looking forward to the arrival of the regulars here as well.
Slowly simmering berry jam, some tide, spreading peat smoke, and a slight bitter touch.
It is recommended to enjoy it slowly with dried fruits after a meal❗

Below are the importer's tasting notes.
The color is deep copper.
Smoke spreads with the scent of the ocean, charred toffee, and sugar-cooked berries,
Brown sugar follows. The taste is peat smoke and PX sherry cask-like.
The flavors of dates, rum raisins, marmalade and chocolate spread out,
Cinnamon adds an accent.
