Today, Speyside Distillery's "Bain-Dieu".
As the name suggests, this whisky is reminiscent of the "Black Mountain (Gaelic)" in color!

Ben-McDui is the second highest elevation in Scotland and has long been famous for sightings of strange things.
Its towering appearance and mysterious atmosphere are appropriate for this black whiskey, so it was named.
This black color is the result of aging in ruby port barrels.
As it looks, it has a bitterness reminiscent of chocolate and a reddish fruitiness that is a great match.
