We are pleased to introduce the third release from the second chapter of the "Four Seasons" series, Islay Single Malt 1998 26 Years Old.
As usual, we ordered samples from the local market, conducted tastings, and purchased a cask of this Islay single malt.
Unfortunately, the name of the distillery is undisclosed, but there is a hint of it on the back label!
This "Four Seasons" series features a different series of four paintings in each chapter, with the label depicting a series of four masterpieces by Czech-born Alphonse Mucha.
The second chapter of this year's exhibition is Mucha's series of four artistic paintings of "Four Flowers", the third of which is inspired by "winter".
Deep golden in color
The aroma is firmly iodine and seaweed, with fruit sweetness in the back,
The body is sweet smoke and grapefruit on the attack, with a hint of sea breezes from the fishing port and thick iodine,
It develops into clove and citrus peel bitters on the finish.
Enjoy to your heart's content the royal Islay taste of 26 years of aging, with smoky, fruity sweetness, thick iodine and sea breeze!

The nose is fragrant, sweet smoke, iodine, dried shellfish, and citrus fruit sweetness in the back,
Tastes like soft, sweet smoke, grapefruit, fishing harbor sea breeze & iodine,
The finish is smoke, gradually pleasant clove and citrus peel.
