Homemade griotte cherry syrup and black tea cinnamon syrup are combined with premium bourbon Angel's Envy.
This low-alcohol short cocktail has a fluffy texture initially derived from egg whites, followed by a pleasant aftertaste of black tea and the sweet and sour taste of cherries.

The garnish is made of meringue and garnished with an image of angel's wings, so it can be served as you like.

The ice cream is flavored with black tea and pomegranate syrup, so it does not fade over time and can be enjoyed cold to the end.
