This will be the sixth single malt vatted exclusively from our own distillate.

Color: Shimmering amber.

Aroma: When poured into the glass, the wine reveals a powerful oaky aroma, followed by luscious aromas reminiscent of toffee, orange cake and crème brûlée.
In the back of the room, there is a gentle and calm woody fragrance reminiscent of Japanese houses and vintage furniture.

Taste: The palate is smooth, with flavors of western pear and bitter caramel, and the woodiness of the Mizunara oak barrels ties the whole thing together.
A gentle peat aroma with a hint of sweetness leads to a long, gentle aftertaste.

This bottle is made by carefully vatting the Mizunara First Fill and Second Fill barrels from the 2020 distillation, the Islay Quarter barrels from the 2020 distillation, and the Bourbon barrels from the 2021 distillation, and blending them to bring out the full potential of each barrel. By blending them to bring out the maximum potential of each, we believe that the oriental aroma derived from the Mizunara oak barrels and the rich fruitiness coexist.
