We would like to introduce a whiskey cocktail using ARRAN from the TOKYO Whisky Library's original cocktails launched in June.

Summerstone Whiskey Sour

It is a whiskey sour with a fruity sweet and sour taste that is brought to the forefront by using various stone fruits (fruits with a hard kernel [seed] in the center) 🍸.

Scotch whisky, Arran Barrel Reserve, soaked in apricots and sweetened with amaretto.
The dark orange color of this cocktail is reminiscent of bright ripe fruit and is delicious to the eye 🍸🍸🍸🍸🍸.
