This is a new, limited-quantity peated Japanese whiskey from KANOSUKE's flagship "Single Malt Kanosuke" series, with an elegant and refined flavor nurtured by the sea breeze of Kagoshima's Fukiage beach.

AROMA: Cassis, caramel, honey butter, baguette, gentle bonito broth
PALATE: quince candy, pear, kumquat compote, smoked bacon, salt candy, soybean flour

The peated distillate aged in shochu litchi and bourbon barrels, which is the DNA of KANOSUKE, is used as the key malt, and the addition of Manzanilla casks, a dry Spanish sherry aged for 6 years, accentuates the fresh nuances of citrus and herbs that overlap with the smoky aftertaste. The fresh nuances of citrus and herbs overlaid on the smoky aftertaste have been brought out.
The rich and fruity "single malt Kanosuke" has a mellow mouthfeel, but the soft, full, smoky flavors that we arrived at after much trial and error are in pleasant harmony with the rich and fruity "single malt Kanosuke".
