Yamazakura, the oldest existing "whiskey maker" in Tohoku, has just received the latest editions of 2025 and 2021 from the Azumi Distillery. ⚡️

Sasanogawa Sake Brewery, a long-established sake brewery founded in 1765
In 1946, soon after the war, the company obtained a license to produce whiskey.
After many twists and turns, in 2016, on the 250th anniversary of the founding of the whisky company, the Azumi Distillery was opened in a renovated traditional storehouse building.
