The 18th release from the 24 Season Series is the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year.
It is considered a major milestone because it is said that the sun will become stronger (the days will grow longer) from this point onward, meaning that one's fortune will increase.

This is Hokkaido's first "single blended whiskey," a very rare genre in the world.

As for the grain, Atsugishi distillery does not have a continuous distillation machine, but uses grain whiskey produced in pot stills!
In addition, the ingredients are 100% Hokkaido-produced and have a richer flavor and fuller body compared to ordinary grain-based sake, according to the company.
