It is a very interesting and high-profile distillery that was built in a location that is significant from the perspective of the Morrison family, which has close ties to AD Rattray, and the city of Glasgow, which was at a turning point in its history when international trade was flourishing at the time.
The distillery's brewing water comes from Loch Katrine, a lake 60 kilometers away from the distillery, and is said to be related to John Morrison, a pioneer in the whiskey industry!
I'm thrilled with the whisky I've been so particular about!
We hope you enjoy it!
