The nose is light, young grassy freshness, vanilla sweetness, cedar lumber estely and some citrus in the back. Dried figs may be the influence of the sherry casks.
The palate is also light and creamy, raisins and milk chocolate. From the middle, malt cookies, sweetened coffee, caramel, and a lingering cedar dust spiciness that lasts for a good amount of time.
It is a little young on the attack, but those who like a light, dry mouthfeel can enjoy it straight.
