Bomberger's Declaration Bourbon Whiskey

Bomberger's Declaration Bourbon Whiskey is a small batch bourbon whiskey released once a year and named after the Bomberger distillery, which was the root of Mictors' existence in the 1800s. It is a mashbill made with rye malt, with some of the original spirit aged in special Chincapin oak barrels that have been naturally dried for three years.
The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit along with nuts and maple syrup. The palate is rich, with chocolate and warm spices emerging from behind layers of molasses and fruit jam. The finish is long, complex, and pleasant.

With a long history dating back to 1753, and based at the Shively and Fort Nelson distilleries in Louisville and on its own farm in Springfield, Michter's is dedicated to "making the best American whiskey" and is committed to quality, cost, and time. Tasting Comment
The nose is of dark fruits with aromas of nuts and burnt caramel. The palate is rich with molasses, followed by dried fruits and chocolate. Spices such as cinnamon and cloves add complexity and depth to the finish.
