The Manockmore distillery is located in a relatively new but very interesting Speyside. Per their first bottling as Wilson & Morgan, they chose to age their first fill Oloroso bat for 30 months. The result is a very satisfying and excellent whisky.

Nose: Rich, fruity aromas of pear and apple, with the mature, oxidized fall flavor of sherry. The sherry flavors are moderate and very well balanced, with slight earthiness, camphor, subtle oak and tamarind notes.

Taste: dry and sweet coexist. Candied citrus and apricot, soft tannins, black tea. Deep and rich, yet fresh.

FINISH: Very lively and spicy, but kept in check by the smoothness of the raisin sweetness.

All casks for Wilson & Morgan Classic Selection whiskey are selected by Wilson & Morgan representative, Fabio Rossi. They are bottled non-chilled and non-filtered, allowing the whisky to be enjoyed in its purest form.
This wonderful whisky is matured for at least 12 months in sherry, port or Marsala casks and is bottled at 46%, 48%, 50% or 100 UK proof depending on the character of the whisky. The result is a perfect Scotch single malt whisky for whisky lovers to truly enjoy.

Manockmore was established as the second distillery of Glenlochy and is a somewhat minor whisky, but its floral and fruity nuances are sure to get you hooked.
This time, Wilson & Morgan bottled this wine, which has a strong ripe fruitiness and rubbery sherry-derived nuances, and the use of Port and Marsala makes it more complex. We hope you will try it.
