The "Art Selection" series for Three Rivers of Fukushima Prefecture's Asaka distillery single malt "Yamazakura" has arrived!

The nose is elegant sweetness, chestnut buns, cinnamon, slight smoke in the back, taste is sweet cinnamon & vanilla, chestnut Japanese sweets, sweet and elegant smoke from the back, the finish is bitter & smoke soft and long.

It will be Three Rivers Private Cask from Azumi Distillery, which has a close relationship with Ichiro's Malt.
Two first fill American bourbon barrels were selected from the many barrels at the Azumi distillery, and the age of the wine will be 5 years overdue as it is a 2019 non-peated original and a small amount of 2018 peated original.
The fruity and gorgeous sweetness of the Azumi distillery is made even more pronounced and three-dimensional by adding a little smoky base alcohol from the same bourbon cask, and the water content has been carefully adjusted to 57%!
