Carilla 2014 Sauternes Cask Finish is expected to harmonize the smoky taste of Carilla with the unique sweetness of Sauternes wines made from noble rot grapes, and the hogshead stock was aged in empty Sauternes wine barrels for as long as 3 years and 6 months, starting December 12, 2019, for 9 years Aged.

The wine is watered at 46°C to achieve a gentle, smooth mouthfeel and is bottled non-colored and non-chill filtered.

The color is amber. When poured into a glass, sweet aromas of honey, green raisins, and caramel emerge from behind a slightly subdued smoke with ash.
In the mouth, soft peat smoke envelopes the sweetness of apricot and sticky honey with a hint of sourness.
The soft sweetness continues through the finish, with a hint of saltiness.

EXP³ (EXP Cube) is Whisk-E's new series of whiskies that are actively treated based on the advice of various experts in whisky making during the aging process, with the experimental element and expectation of seeing how it will change.

Through this series, we aim to have our customers experience the "evolution" of the original sake through various approaches, and to convey its appeal and diverse character to them.
