Hakushu 25years
Hakushu, Japanese whiskey, is nurtured in the rich nature of the "forest distillery".
We are proud to introduce Hakushu 25 years old, which boasts the longest ripeness among them.
▶︎ Hakushu Distillery
In 1973, Yamanashi Prefecture was established in Hokuto City, Hakushu Town.
One of Japan's most famous water sources, this underground natural water has passed through the mountains of the Southern Alps over a long period of time, and is a crisp, soft water with moderate minerals.
The sake brewed with this water has a light and gentle taste, different in type from the heavy and floral Yamazaki sake.
With the operation of the Hakushu distillery, we are now able to produce more diverse and profound whiskies than ever before.
▶︎ Single Malt Hakushu
This single malt whiskey is the result of the blender's selection of the ideal malt from the Hakushu Distillery's wide variety of original spirits.
The malt is fresh like young leaves in the forest, with a hint of smoky flavor, and the original spirit gives it complexity and depth.
▶︎ Hakushu 25years
From among the precious Hakushu malt malt that is over 25 years old, creamy and woody, peaty and smoky, and fruity Spanish oak barrel malt are carefully selected and carefully examined, and then slowly matured. This is the ultimate in mellow and magnificent aging.
