Although the name recognition is not flattering...
Introducing a single cask from Teaninic, one of Diageo's major production centers!
This is one of the bottles that I personally recommend for summer, from the "Occasionally Encountered Fine Sake Series" that I have taken the liberty of summarizing.

It is a little hard to tell from the photo, but the color of the liquid is a beautiful yellow gold, which is hard to believe that it is sherry, and I expect that it is about 3rd or 4th fill cask!

I am a big fan of honeyed Highland malts, and this Teeninnic is very close to that with its richness.
The gentle mouthfeel of this 58.11 TP3T is soothing and calming, while the gentle, subtle sherry soothes tired palates....

It is recommended to drink it straight, but it can also be served chilled on the rocks, where the barley sweetness drifts in with a pleasant salty flavor!
