I remember having a hard time deciding on a name each time I played Davista or something, but it is amazing that so many characters are named based on the setting, even the cultural background, including the naming conventions after the species.

The whiskey concept is a collaboration series commemorating the 10th anniversary of Final Fantasy XIV's rebirth, in which the three cities where the adventure began are represented through the flavors of the whiskey. The forest city of "Gridania" is a rural city-state that dominates a dense forested area. The national motto is determined by the oracle of the spirit by three young prophets, with Nofika, the goddess of fertility, as the patron goddess. Numerous canals run through the city, and the deep forests nurtured by the abundance of water are expressed with the scent of barrel-derived wood that reminds one of taking a bath in a forest. Various plants and trees growing wild everywhere are expressed with the smoky flavor of Nagahama Distillery's original distillate and Islay Quarter's original cask. It is a whisky with a leafy flavor that makes you feel as if you are lost in a forest.
