This is a middle aged sherry Speyside malt that is becoming increasingly valuable!
The label depicts a badger.
Most of the Dalhuyne distillery's original distillate is sent for blending, so only a very small amount is bottled as a single malt.

The palate has rich sherry-derived sweet fruit and mild warm spice. A very good finish among the current official sherry types!
