A blended malt named after the famous Scottish author Robert Burns' work, "To the Twenty-Nine-Day Mouse".
It is blended exclusively with Highland malts.

The Cheese Cellar Collection is exactly what it sounds like: flavors that go well with cheese!
This second version is finished in Madira wine barrels for a sensual finish that is sweet, floral and tender in texture.
