Atsugishi Single Malt Japanese Whiskey Seimei, the seventh in the Twenty-Four Season Series.

The key malt is all Hokkaido Quercus crispula, and the barrel types are over 70% bourbon barrels, over 20% sherry and wine barrels, and very few Quercus crispula barrels. A total of seven different types of non-peat and peat casks are used.
The sweetness and peat of the Atsugishi malt are pleasant. This whisky has a strong sweetness + peat, which is a characteristic of Atsukishi.
Unlike the smoky peat of a "glauber's" peat, the tide-like peat rises softly after a good richness and bitter sweetness.

This is a single malt from Atsukishi, which has not been released for a long time! We also have malts released in the past, so you can compare with them!
