Title: Yowza! Sherrytastic! Amazing Sherry!
［Nose] Andalusian pine forests, churros dipped in sherry, polvorone, chocolate ice cream with olives, hamon and raspberry sauce.
［Taste] Sherry notes, wood, pomegranate molasses, cassis cordial, licorice, and a kiss of fire-breather cherry lipstick. Once the palate recedes, followed by crème brûlée and cigar butts, Christmas pudding, prune juice, and pata negra. When watered down, it is thick and satisfyingly satisfying. Damson jam, wine-soaked wood, charred marshmallow, etc. Sherry-tastic flavor.
