今月より、TOKYO Whisky Libraryでは嘉之助のプロモーションを行ってます！
少量で3種類のテイスティングセットを楽しめるフライトをご用意しました。

■嘉之助シングルモルト
「焼酎リチャー樽」で熟成させた原酒をキーモルトとして、多彩な樽原酒を丁寧にヴァッティング。甘やかでスパイシー、エレガントな“和”のニュアンスが広がる、嘉之助ならではのシングルモルトウイスキーです。

■嘉之助シングルモルト ピーテッド
焼酎リチャー樽とバーボン樽のピート原酒をキーモルトとし、厳選した複数の樽で熟成させた原酒をヴァッティング。やわらかで上品、ジューシーでかつスモーキーなシングルモルトです。

■嘉之助アーティストエディション♯03
焼酎リチャー樽原酒をキーモルトに、バーボン樽、赤ワイン樽などの原酒をブレンド。さらにブレンドした原酒を、ウイスキーでは一般的に使用されない鹿児島県奄美大島の黒糖焼酎で使用された樽にて後熟した特別な1本です。

〜KANOSUKE WHISKY FLIGHT〜
From this month, the TOKYO Whisky Library is promoting Kanosuke!
We have prepared a flight where you can enjoy 3 types of tasting sets in small quantities.

■KANOSUKE Single Malt
A variety of barrel raw sake is carefully batted with raw sake aged in “”Shochu Richer Barrel”” as the key malt. It is a single malt whisky unique to Kanosuke with sweet, spicy, and elegant “”Japanese”” nuances.

■KANOSUKE Single Malt Peated
The key malt is made of shochu rechar barrels and bourbon barrels, and the raw sake aged in several carefully selected barrels is batted. It is a soft, elegant, juicy and smoky single malt.

■KANOSUKE Artist Edition ♯03
A blend of raw sake such as bourbon barrels and red wine barrels with shochu richer barrel raw sake as the key malt. In addition, the blended raw sake is a special bottle that is later ripened in a barrel used in brown sugar shochu in Amami Oshima, Kagoshima Prefecture, which is not generally used in whisky.
